- Connects to the service agent’s calendar

- Dates and times are presented to the users according to their profile timezone settings and customers can easily change the timezone in which they wish to see the appointment times
- Consult appointment times in the request portal, on the issue view, in the agent’s calendar as well as the Service Scheduler agent view within Jira
