Integrate service appointment scheduling into your JSM support portal ticketing
- Connects to the service agent’s calendar
- Agents add their service hours to their Google Calendar
- Customers pick service times from the available service times when filling out their tickets in the support portal

- Dates and times are presented to the users according to their profile timezone settings and customers can easily change the timezone in which they wish to see the appointment times
