I tested a lot of integration tools to find the right one for us. Ultimately, this tool didn't support multi-select fields (of which we have many), but I would recommend checking this one out. It was incredibly easy to navigate setup and map fields from our CRM to Jira - way easier than any other tool I tested. It didn't support date fields, but we found a workaround that made it work for us by converting the dates to a string and transferring the string. The support team was incredibly supportive and responsive and were able to help me navigate learning the product quickly and helping me find the bugs. If you don't have multi-select fields and want to stand up an integration quickly, this is the tool to use.

  We’re continuously working to enhance our product. We plan to add support for date fields within the next two sprints. As for multi-select fields, we recognize the technical complexity, but it’s on our roadmap, and we hope to include it in future updates.

  We’d love the opportunity to collaborate with you again on other projects, perhaps involving integrations like Jira-DevOps, Jira-ServiceNow, Jira-Jira, Jira-Salesforce, or others.

Great app! Very useful for those who work both in Jira and Hubspot. Helps synchronize products and eliminate manual copying info from one system to another.
