Having the sync with Intune makes this CMDB significantly more accurate and usable.

Perfect link between Intune and JSM. Prior to using this connector we struggled with both systems being incomplete as a CMDB. Now, we can easily and seamlessly see all of our Intune devices in JSM. It's more than just seeing them. With this connector we can now add custom properties to the devices in JSM which is not allowed in Intune. We can also link the devices to support tickets. Intune was missing this customizability. JSM has that but it was requiring manual input and maintenance of the device list itself. Now we get both. Nicely done! Installation was a breeze - the instructions are well done. The developer, T4S Partners, is responsive, support is excellent.
