Shoppie, as a product, has enabled us to offer a unique option for our customers to view and select the products they need. It enables us to leverage the power of the assets feature within Jira internally and provide visibility to our external customers. The team at Shoppie has been excellent in providing support during the setup process, and even though we are a small company, they are allocating resources to address feature requests that will further improve the product.

Iâd also like to share my feedback on the Caelor Shoppie app. We are extremely satisfied with it. What really stands out, though, is the great support: no matter what problem you have, the team responds quickly and is always helpful. Have a suggestion for improvement? They take it seriously, discuss it internally and often add it to their roadmap. As a customer, you really feel heard and appreciated. Caelor's commitment to engaging with its users to continuously improve the app is impressive â even the CEO personally reaches out! To me, thatâs what real service looks like. Huge compliments to the entire team â Iâm thrilled and look forward to many more years with you!

We've been using the Shoppie app by Caelor alongside our Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud environment, and it has made a quite a difference in how we manage service requests â especially when it comes to ordering IT items. Our internal customer now have an image, a price and a description for everything, they want. And - of course important for me - I could automate a lot of stuff and reduce the number of service requests. I also want to highlight the excellent support from the Caelor team. They've consistently responded quickly and solution-oriented to any problem or feedback we've had.

We've been using the Shoppie app from Caelor with our Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud setup, and it has significantly improved the way we handle service requestsâparticularly the ordering process for IT articles and billable services. One of Shoppie's standout features is its intuitive configuration interface. Setting up the app was refreshingly straightforwardâno steep learning curve or complex setup required. The UI is clean and user-friendly, making it easy for both admins and agents to tailor the catalog experience to their needs without the need for extensive documentation or training. Having all shop articles managed within Jira Assets makes article management highly efficient and enables the use of additional service-related attributes from the asset database. Lastly, Caelor support and development team deserves a special mention. Whenever we reached out with questions or suggestions, we received prompt and helpful responses. It's clear they are not only knowledgeable about their product but also genuinely invested in user satisfaction and they actively act on customer feedback. The Shoppie roadmap looks very promising, and we are excited to see how it continues to evolve.

We are starting to implement Shoppie into our JSM environment as a way of implementing an employee store to purchase used IT Equipment. We're also implementing Shoppie for hardware requests throughout our organisation too. It allows for a great visual end user experience when requesting hardware from IT which really helps our department image. Marin and the development team have been really responsive and keen with addressing any issues or feature requests. I cannot fault the support we have had with implementing this into our environment!
