Shoppie - Assets integrated shop for JSM

We started whith the idea to offer our products and also a "service-catalogue" in out internal portal. First try was a formular in the portal with some menue-fields. It works ok, but it does not look good, because the origin portal cannot show pictures. We found a hint to shoppie, installed the trial and after just 3 hours we had a much better solution as our first self-build try. all our questions ore missed / not found features have been answered very quickly by caelor-support. also upcoming features and the good price let us decide to order the tool, directly when trial phase is over. We are now looking forward to have a good solution for our product and service catalog and some more (ordering process e.g.)

We've been evaluating the Shoppie App over an extended period and routinely also like to assess vendor responsiveness, bugfix, roadmap inclusions as part of that journey. The Caelor team have been very responsive to work with, despite our AU<>EU timezone differences, listening to our suggestions and turning out a new feature at short request to help with refinements in our evaluation for a feature shortfall. Seeing the way they've embraced the Forge approach has made it a much shorter due diligence pathway for our clients. Great vendor team to collaborate with.

Shoppie, as a product, has enabled us to offer a unique option for our customers to view and select the products they need. It enables us to leverage the power of the assets feature within Jira internally and provide visibility to our external customers. The team at Shoppie has been excellent in providing support during the setup process, and even though we are a small company, they are allocating resources to address feature requests that will further improve the product.
