can't even login/signup... forgot password also didn't work... -- after getting support -- great support.. it works now.. hint for others with the same issue, don't use incognito/private browsing mode, because it will override cookies setting (this app need the cookies to work well).. suggestion: since it's important (even though it's a small thing/configuration), might want to consider to put it somewhere along with the installation instruction (for the first time user who wants to try the app)

  Thank you for your feedback, you do not need any login with the BulkOps App Pro. It will automatically authenticate you with your Jira environment. We believe you do not have cookies enabled on your browser which might prevent the auto authentication. Enable cookies and you should automatically access the app. You could log in to our BulkOps App Free, so the point on cookies wouldn't be a problem here. We're unsure what issue you might have or were you referring to our other app with your comment? Also, we have responded to your support request on the same. See more from our documentation to learn more.

  To improve user experience, we have made updates to our documentation to address situations like the one you've described. The app will now prompt users if cookies are disabled on their browser.
