We're using eesel in Jira alongside Confluence, and it’s been helpful for getting quick context without jumping between tools. It surfaces relevant tickets, drafts internal comments, and generally keeps things moving when issues pass between teams. It’s definitely made our workflows feel a bit more connected.

Enjoying using the app so far; thankfully training up the bots has been pretty straight forward and intuitive and the automatic replies are solid
