Insight Assets Cloud Migration Assistant

Insight Assets Cloud Migration Assistant helps to migrate Data Center or Server Assets Object schemas to Jira Cloud. Migrations are managed on Jira Cloud with Insight Assets Backup & Migration.

The cloud app enables backup, restore and migration for Assets schemas, object types and objects, including attributes and references. The Migration assistant app has to be installed on DC, enabling the Cloud app to reach the Assets from the DC instance for further backup and migration to the Cloud. In addition, you can:

• Migrate Asset fields from Server/DC to Cloud
• Restore objects in Asset fields in Jira issues

* For Assets migration from the Server, contact our Service Desk to acquire a Server license for the app (payment options include bank transfer and PayPal).

** Migration of attachments is a separately billed service and is available upon request via Service Desk. Assets Attachments Backup & Migration app must be installed on the target Cloud instance.
