Maps, Locations and Territories for Service Desks

I've looked at all the geographic map apps for Jira and this is by far the best. We use to track locations of service disruptions for our radios and the mapping and reporting functions are perfect. It also works in the customer portal, as long as your space is the right kind, which is invaluable for our case. It seems like they're having to jump through some hoops to make it work, so the location of the reports and the way you activate the feature on the customer portal is a little counter-intuitive, but I imagine it's because Jira is a difficult platform to develop for. In any case, I still say 5 stars because it's head and shoulders the best in class and the support has been fantastic.

Wow, clearly something new. This app covers various "field work" needs just inside Jira. It lets us organize our teamwork by service areas - something we are exploring now. Highly recommended.
