Smart Templates: Issue Templates for Jira

Smart Templates really help us manage recurring work. The app support is superb. We asked for a possibility to individually select which issues to create from a template and the dev team added it in a couple days! Having this feature is a game changer for many teams.

Great Templating app - I've tried multiple, and TitanApps is the best. The dev team is amazing at listening to pain points and delivering solutions. We use this for onboarding, regular communication reminders, seasonal routines, and more. Extremely powerful with variables, custom fields, and more when combined with automation. Integrates well with their other product - smart checklists.

t’s a solid tool for managing bug triage and regression testing. Templates save a lot of time, and combined with Smart Checklists that help us to work with custom statuses and  within acceptance criteria checklists, they make our team more productive and efficient on daily basis.
