Bug fix: PR-Notifier STOPS sending notifications when ANY OTHER plugin is disabled/uninstalled/upgraded.

Our “shutdown” logic was this:
@EventListener public void onPluginDisabling(final PluginDisablingEvent event) { executorService.shutdown(); }We weren’t checking to see if the “event” was for us. Any plugin being disabled would cause us to shut ourselves down. Fixed! Thanks to Vitalii for reporting this.
