Works well. Nice that you can create branches from the Jira issues which the Atlassian extension doesn't do. Integration was easy. Had a small hiccup where it stopped working -- support was prompt, helpful and friendly.

Works as advertised and does the job. The customer support is really good, fast replies, informative and does the extra to get you to either solve your problem or redirect you to a suitable source. Extra props for this as I find good customer support to be something rare these days!
