ZigiOps acts as a central integration layer between Jira Software and Dynamics 365. The platform can synchronize every Jira field (comments, attachments, and custom attribute) alongside all Dynamics 365 incident data. No restrictions on the number of users, records, or synchronization cycles. Teams can introduce configurable logic, fine-grained filtering, and precise field alignment to reflect real business processes. Data can flow in both directions, ensuring changes made in Jira or Dynamics 365 are reflected in Jira.
