Quick Tables for Jira

We started using Quick Tables for Jira to manage our marketing campaigns, and it quickly became one of those tools we didn’t realize we were missing. Before that, campaign information was spread across Jira issues, spreadsheets, and different docs. It was difficult to get a quick overview of what was running, who was responsible, and how much we were spending. With Quick Tables, we were able to create a table that matched our workflow exactly. We added the columns we needed - campaign owner, type, channels, dates, budget, status, and the related Jira project - and set up filters for the fields we use most often. Now, when a new campaign is planned, we add it to the table, assign an owner, set the dates and budget, and mark it as Planned. Once it goes live, we switch it to Active. During our weekly meetings, we can quickly filter campaigns by status, owner, or channel, while the budget total gives us an instant view of our planned spend. The best part is that it works alongside Jira rather than replacing it. We keep detailed tasks and work in Jira issues, while the table gives everyone a simple overview. And a big thanks to the Quick Tables team! We had a few questions while setting things up, and their support was quick to respond and helped us configure the table around our workflow. It’s great to see a team that actually listens and helps when you need it.
