AI for Confluence Cloud

I manage a cross functional team and Confluence is basically our brain, so having an AI that actually reads it properly is a relief. I like that it does not go off script and stays inside our content instead of guessing.

We installed Easel for our internal QA in Slack and auto pushing key queries as issues to Jira, saves a lot of time. Setup was mostly self serve which I appreciate.

Setup was simple, and now our team is actually using Confluence far more often, instead of avoiding it.

We’ve been using eesel as an internal Q&A bot connected to Confluence and Slack. New joiners really like it because they can just ask a question in chat instead of digging around.
