Awesome app, we can see all users deatils just one weak point is if you have a large data like more than 100k issues, its takes more than 1 week to sinc data.

  Regarding the performance of the historical data sync, we are bound to the corresponding REST API rate limits. Even though we utilize the rates to ensure the maximum performance, for the large amount of the historical actions, syncing historical data might indeed take long. However, we are constantly monitoring API updates and as soon as there is improvement in the rate limits, we'll act accordingly to increase the historical data sync performance.

Did miss some functionality in the beginning, like API call possibilities from external SIEM systems. But with the help of the friendly and responsive support, they developed the requested functionalities in a couple weeks, and we were able to integrate it to IBM Qradar. Did not find this possibility in other apps. Great Support, good overall value!
