Cosmos is a professional and well-designed intranet solution that adds significant value to the Confluence experience. It provides a centralized platform for managing and presenting important company information while maintaining a clean and consistent user experience. The dashboard and navigation customization options offer strong flexibility, allowing organizations to structure their intranet according to their specific requirements. Features such as employee profiles, organizational information, company news, events, quick links, and content management make it easier for employees to access relevant information from one place. I also found the branding and customization capabilities useful for maintaining a professional and consistent corporate identity. The overall interface is intuitive, and the main workflows are easy to understand and manage. Cosmos is particularly suitable for organizations that want to create a modern, organized, and engaging employee portal without moving away from the Confluence ecosystem. Overall, it is a capable, flexible, and valuable solution for building a professional internal communication and collaboration experience.

Cosmos provides a strong and feature-rich intranet experience within Confluence. The dashboard editor, navigation customization, Quick Links, News Hub, People Hub, Events Hub, and branding features are useful and generally intuitive. Creating and customizing dashboards feels fast and flexible, while the overall interface improves the employee experience. The platform also offers good options for organizing company information and content. However, onboarding and some configuration workflows could be simpler, especially for first-time administrators. Reducing unnecessary steps and making configuration options clearer would improve usability and adoption. Overall, Cosmos is a capable and valuable solution for building a structured, customized employee intranet in Confluence.

Overall Review I had a positive experience using Cosmos from a functional perspective. The application provides a strong set of features for managing and organizing an employee-focused intranet on top of Confluence Cloud. The core functionality is well structured, and I was able to work with the main areas of the platform, including the Dashboard, Quick Links, Database, People Hub, News Hub, Events Hub, Navigation, and customization features. The different modules provide useful functionality for organizing company information and creating a centralized employee experience. One of the strongest aspects is the flexibility available to configure the workspace according to different employee needs. Features such as personalized dashboards, quick links, employee profiles, organizational structures, news publishing, and events make the platform suitable for a variety of internal company use cases. From a functional usability perspective, the application provides a good overall experience and offers considerably more functionality than a basic Confluence setup. The workflows generally allow users to complete the intended tasks and build a more structured intranet experience. There is still room for improvement in areas such as reducing the number of steps required for configuration, improving the onboarding experience for new users, and making some workflows more streamlined. These improvements would make the product faster and easier to adopt, particularly for first-time administrators. Overall, Cosmos is a feature-rich and capable intranet solution with a solid functional foundation. The platform successfully brings together important employee-facing features in one place, and with further improvements to setup simplicity and workflow efficiency, it can provide an even stronger production experience.

Cosmos does a great job of making Confluence feel less like a documentation tool and more like a real employee intranet. The Dashboard Editor and navigation customization were the strongest parts for me, and the News and Quick Links hubs are genuinely useful. I would mainly like to see simpler onboarding and clearer configuration flows in future updates.
