Cosmos - Intranet for Confluence Cloud

Overall, the Cosmos workspace was intuitive and easy to navigate. Most features worked as expected, though a few areas could benefit from clearer navigation and more responsive live previews. The experience was smooth overall.

Cosmos has made our Confluence space much easier to navigate and gives it a clean, modern look with plenty of branding options. The dashboard and navigation are simple to customize, making it quick for everyone to find the information they need. It’s easy to use, improves the overall experience, and feels like a great upgrade for any company intranet.

Really impressed with Cosmos so far! It's made our Confluence intranet feel so much more organized and easy to use. I love that I can customize the whole look and feel colors, logos, fonts, corners everything just matches our brand now instead of looking like a generic wiki page. The dashboard is probably my favorite part. It's super easy to set up and personalize, and having quick access to company news, events, and people all in one place saves me so much time. The navigation menu is clean and easy to find things in too. Setting up employee profiles was simple, and I like that there's a proper directory now instead of digging through random pages to find someone's info. Little things like birthday and work anniversary shoutouts are a nice touch makes the workplace feel more connected. Definitely recommend it if you're looking to give your Confluence site a proper glow-up. Excited to see what else gets added!The Dashboard editor and Navigation menu builder are also really flexible adding, rearranging, and configuring blocks is smooth and intuitive, even for someone who isn't super technical. Setting up the employee database and importing user profiles worked without any hassle, and features like Social Widgets (birthdays, work anniversaries, new starters) are a nice touch for keeping teams connected. The onboarding/Getting Started flow makes it easy to find your way around, and the ability to create Collections and Quick Links for teams is a great way to keep everything organized in one place.

Even with small questionable options, Cosmos would work for creating your intranet that would save you money rather paying for ServiceNow that doesn't feel intuitive at all.

Cosmos transforms Confluence into a much more attractive and user-friendly workspace. I liked how easy it was to navigate between the main sections, and the overall design feels clean and professional. Features such as dashboards and customizable widgets make it possible to build pages that are both useful and visually appealing. During setup, I found that some functionality depended on having existing data, which made configuring everything from scratch a little challenging. Once I understood the workflow, however, the process became much more intuitive. Overall, I had a positive experience using Cosmos. It's a valuable addition for teams that want a more branded and organized Confluence environment.
