The app has three main functionalities that simplifies the cumbersome process of monitoring user activity and ensuring compliance with company-specific rules for access control.

• Visual overview of user activity patterns. Visual graphs on the landing page gives you as system administrator an instant overview of user activity within your Atlassian instance and prompts you to user groups where action is needed.

• Configurable user cleanup and offboarding rules. The user cleanup configurator enables you as system administrator to define company-specific rules to drive user activity scanning and/or automated user cleanups/offboarding jobs.

• Actionable insight into external user activity. By listing users with external domains including their email domain the app enables you to create specific rules for groups of external users, that according to our experience often is the group that creates most extra work for system administrators.
