What's New quickly became part of my morning ritual. The clean three-tab inbox neatly separates what is directly relevant to me from the broader company-wide stream and my own read archive, so I catch every mention, comment, and event update without ever drowning in noise. Being able to filter the whole thing by type is an absolute lifesaver on busy days. I genuinely no longer miss anything that actually needs my personal attention, which was a constant problem before.

We run five separate regional workspaces, each with its own distinct branding and content, and the whole thing works flawlessly for us. Local teams receive the news and events that actually matter to them, while genuinely company-wide announcements still reach absolutely everybody at once. The old clutter of endless irrelevant updates is completely gone now. It clearly respects how a real, distributed organization actually operates day to day, and rolling it out was far easier than expected.

On-demand translation removed a very real barrier for our international staff. A colleague writes something in English, and their teammates read it instantly in their own language with one click, then switch straight back to the original whenever they prefer. It connected our offices in a way that nothing else ever managed to.

The Celebrations module is a small feature that has had a genuinely outsized impact on us. Birthdays, work anniversaries, and warm new-joiner welcomes all appear on the dashboard completely automatically, and people around the office honestly look forward to seeing them each morning. It costs us absolutely nothing to maintain and yet it adds a real touch of warmth to every single day. Sometimes the smallest touches matter the very most for building culture.

The Microsoft Entra integration was frankly the deciding factor for our whole enterprise rollout. Profile fields sync across automatically from Entra ID, so our People Directory stays completely accurate with zero manual upkeep from anyone on the team. Combined with Atlassian Guard, it fitted straight into our existing identity setup without any friction at all. For an organization of our size, that level of automation is genuinely essential to sustain over time.
