    A great product with strong capabilities. To fully realise its potential, it is worth utilising the advanced settings mode. The team is highly responsive and proactive, consistently addressing bugs and implementing new feature requests to enhance the tool further.

    We handle a lot of recurring work orders where the structure is always the same — only the scope changes. This app lets us create templates for those tickets so we don't have to dig up old ones and adapt them every time. The quality stays consistent, and it's just a lot faster. Simple but genuinely useful.

    I’ve been using Issue Templates for Jira Cloud for a while and overall it’s a useful app for standardizing ticket creation and reducing repetitive work in Jira. The template functionality is easy to understand and helps teams maintain consistency across projects, especially for recurring tasks and service requests. One thing that could be improved is the flexibility of template management. In some cases, editing or organizing templates feels a bit limited, especially when working with many teams or complex workflows. The UI could also be a little more intuitive in certain sections. Even with that, the app delivers good value and saves time for teams that rely heavily on structured issue creation.

    I am still learning how to use this to its full advantage but it has been good so far. It has saved me time when created repeated tickets. I didn't give 4 stars just because I haven't fully utilized the who thing yet.

    OST Consulting has made a great product. I manage a team that executes a series of repeating training events involving rotating stakeholders who take turns executing standardized tasks. Being able to template the planning steps has eliminated multiple meetings and emails per event, giving time back to myself, my team and my entire reporting chain. I've requested a feature or two from the development team at OST via forums and they've been very responsive. Will love it when the ability to add calculated due date for tasks based on the due date of an Epic is added
