App Usage for Jira is a detailed insights platform that helps you discover how your apps are being used.
Maybe you’re unifying toolsets, influencing internal app adoption decisions, appraising budgets, or looking at performance. App Usage shows how each app is used and where it has added elements.
For every app, track:
- REST API calls: who triggers calls, their call count, the last time they triggered a call
- Database tables: table names, row count
- JQL functions: number of filters each function is used in
- Page module views: their paths, total views, unique views, last viewed
- Custom fields: the number of projects and issues a custom field appears in
- Workflow presence: transitions it appears in, and if it’s a condition, a validator, or a post function
- Dashboard presence: which app gadgets appear on dashboards, dashboard owner, last viewed
