The app is really simple and works as described. It saved me a lot of time by generating tickets from short descriptions. The tickets also include attached sub-tasks which save me time that I would have spent manually typing up tickets and navigating the Jira UI.

No matter what I type into the Task Description, I get the error: Uh-oh, something went wrong! Please try submitting again.

Update[6/4/2024 5:51PM EST]: The issue should be resolved. The root cause was an update to Atlassian's Forge platform caused permissions issues in the app, and tickets could not be created. I installed the trial but ended up cancelling. The app is added to Project pages where you can get it to create issues & subtasks via prompt, which is a lot more than many of the other AI / Chat GPT apps for Jira can do. However, I'm looking for an app that can do administrative tasks on my behalf.
