This plug in does what it says. But what made it a 4 star is the support. We made a little adjustment resulting in not doing what we wanted and couldnt find our mistake. We had daily contact. And after a few days a meeting was offert. The specialist quickly spotted our mistake within just 10 minutes. This whole experience made me feel really confident and reassured with this product.

We have tested this app and compared it to the official integration currently in beta by Atlassian and so far have been very happy with the simple setup and configuration. The documentation the PIO team provides is actually very useful beyond the installation and setup of the app itself for Jira Assets and their support is great and quick to respond.

We heavily rely on this app which we need to route issues on our global service desk to the local IT teams and are very satisfied with its functionality. PIO took time to listen to our needs and implemented important new features, such as additional object types, that are crucial for our process. The customer support has improved significantly, now responding quickly and competently. Thank you!

We've used this app on a few implementations for our clients and it's been incredibly valuable. Organizations really like having the user directory info right there in Jira. Also, Pio's support was quick to respond when we inquired about techniques to reduce our asset counts in preparation for consumption-based pricing.
