Advanced edition: identity monitoring with Jira Service Management tickets Advanced keeps checking your Entra ID directory and flags problems that need action. It finds app secrets and certificates that expire, disabled users who still hold licenses, inactive users and guests, and users who aren't set up for MFA. Each finding appears on the app's dashboard. Optionally, it can open a Jira Service Management ticket for the right owner, manager or sponsor. The dashboard also estimates how much you could save on licenses, using the prices you set. Every check starts switched off, and you can preview what it would find before turning it on. The app only reads your directory: it never changes accounts, licenses or credentials. Checking inactive users and MFA needs Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2.
