Microsoft is retiring Basic authentication for SMTP AUTH in Exchange Online, so password-based SMTP to Microsoft 365 is going away. Page Beam now lets you keep sending by authenticating with OAuth 2.0 instead — no mailbox password is stored anywhere. - Logging & audit trail for administrators
- Send Log — optional logging of every mail sent through Page Beam: time, sender, the page (with the version sent), recipients, the mail server used, and whether it succeeded.
- Audit Log — an always-on compliance trail of configuration changes (mail server & routing, recipient rules, permissions, log settings), showing who made the change and the previous and new values. It never records secrets such as passwords. Available to Confluence administrators only.
