Linksy - Advanced Issue Linking for Jira

Very nice add-on for creating fields that link issues in the way that you want them linked. As yet, this is the best I've found for Jira Cloud. I only gave 3 starts because what would be really nice is if it were possible to select the fields that you want displayed (as can be done in the Data Center version) when viewing the linked issue in the field (only the key, summary and status can be displayed). <-- Enhancement Opportunity. Another enhancement that is needed is with the 'Linked Issues Panel'. It is a very nice feature, which DOES allow us to choose the fields that we want displayed, but it fails to show the type of link, so you just get a list of linked work items and no idea as to how they are linked when viewing the panel. That IMHO is a MUST HAVE which is sadly missing at this time. A couple more great enhancements (If possible) would be the ability to position the "Linked Issues Panel" as if it were a field. Then, for example, I could have a Field tab with Linksy fields for various kinds of links and the Panel below it showing all the linked issues with the greater detail (and link type, in or out please!). Another great one would be to get the option to turn the (IMO inferior) built-in Jira panel for viewing links off (hide it), but that is likely impossible in Jira cloud... but maybe? Love the app guys. Keep up the good work. We're about to buy it for 40k users in Cloud.

We know these scenarios very well from the DC version and it is motivating to see you moving to Cloud with Linksy. We are still working on feature parity with DC. It is challenging on Cloud, but we are doing our best to close the gaps.

Great app, even better support. All our questions were answered really fast and satisfyingly. Further needed functions on our side were added to Linksy as well. In total, I can really recommend this app to anyone who is looking to bring the basic linking possibilities within Jira to the next level. The performance of the app is also faster than other competitors.
