AW Workflow

Happy Monday!If the old project and new project are on the same site, you can:

  • Simply copy the old workflow as a new one: Copy a workflow
  • Then assign the copied one to the corresponding workflow scheme to associate it with the new project: Activate a workflow However, if two projects are on different sites, you need to:
  • Export the old workflow first.
  • Upload it to the Atlassian marketplace: How do I import a workflow into a Jira cloud instance?
  • Import the uploaded workflow from the Atlassian market: Import a workflow
  • Assign the imported workflow to the workflow scheme to associate it with the new project: Activate a workflow
