Then assign the copied one to the corresponding workflow scheme to associate it with the new project: Activate a workflow However, if two projects are on different sites, you need to:

Export the old workflow first.

Upload it to the Atlassian marketplace: How do I import a workflow into a Jira cloud instance?

Import the uploaded workflow from the Atlassian market: Import a workflow

Assign the imported workflow to the workflow scheme to associate it with the new project: Activate a workflow
