The page status view with all pages of a space and the global content quality view at space level are also very helpful. Fast and professional support!

We found this plugin very helpful for identifying and managing content that needed to be archived. The archived page styling made sure the team could easily tell if content was archived and out of date, helping to avoid miscommunications and misinformation. The Content Quality page was essential for understanding the distribution of pages across our spaces, and determining which spaces needed to be retired or revitalised based on their usage by editing, viewing, and creation. While we preferred manual archiving, the global archiving solutions looked useful for managing higher volume knowledgebases. Very happy with this plugin.
