Better Content Archiving and Analytics for Confluence

A very useful plugin for admins and end users. I really appreciate the possibility to assign a page (tree) owner to make people feel responsible for their team's content. When we had a major problem concerning the archiving process in our instance, the Midori customer support team put a lot of persistent effort into investigating the issue, even though in the end it was another plugin that caused the failure.

Automated lifecycle rules ensure that every page has a clear status (Current, Expired, or Archived). When auditors ask for the "source of truth," you can confidently point to a verified instance. And instead of someone chasing space owners, the tool automates the "nudge." Owners get scheduled notifications to review and confirm their content, keeping the knowledge base fresh without manual intervention.

This is a great plugin. We were able to clean up our data center confluence env with such great ease. The original archiving process was smooth and we continue to use it periodically to clean up our environment. We had a very large data center env with around a million pages that needed archiving and this app allowed us to archive and then delete content that we no longer needed. The customer service that we received made the process even easier. The responses to our questions/troubleshooting help were always timely and accurate. We had the complete support of the Midori team that made the process easy for us.

The team was professional, attentive, and instrumental in helping us resolve a failing archive process for a large Confluence space. After conducting several tests together, we identified the root cause and implemented a fix. I truly appreciate their technical expertise and dedicated support in this case.

Great app! Super simple and easy to learn. Had some initial hesitations as we ran into a configuration issue, but their help team was extremely patient and helpful with us. You have the option to edit the email notifications, but it's HTML so you just need to know a bit of that to edit them. The benefit is that you can customize it however you'd like. Some possible improvements for the future: the option to have a "waterfall" in terms of who gets notified, i.e. "If the Last Modified user is now inactive, then email the Owner of the space", rather than having to email both every time. Great app though, thanks for making it! And great support!
