Permission Management for Confluence helps you to manage space permissions and content restrictions in Confluence more efficiently.
Instead of selecting and assigning spaces or content to groups or users separately, you are now able to assign permissions for multiple spaces or multiple contents to users or groups in only one step.
Space Permission Features:
- View all permissions of a user/group for all spaces
- Indication about group permissions, if viewing user permissions (for legacy permissions)
- Filter spaces to edit by label and/or name
Content Restriction Features:
- View content restrictions in a given space
- Change restrictions according to your requirements
- Support for Admin Key to see all restrictions
- Support for all content types including pages, folders, whiteboards, databases and smart links
