Very helpful for Photoshop users, syncs task data smoothly.

Good app, I would recommend. + supports multiple task management platforms + connects Jira with Microsoft 365 ok + has integrations beyond the Jira-MS workflow + has mobile app - learning curve

Good app, does its job ok. I also use their browser extension.

Works smoothly with Jira, Outlook, Firefox and Android app. Setup could be easier, but support is indeed helpful.

I tested the app to see if it connects Outlook emails with Jira issues - it does. I can really associate emails and see related issues, and they sync just fine. Note that you have to read their manual to make initial setup, some things are a bit confusing at first sight. However their customer representative helped me really fast, so it wasn't much of an issue.
