Customer Actions for Jira

Customer Actions is the perfect app for our use case. It's silly that Atlassian doesn't support allowing customers to change fields, but Customer Actions has done a great job with their product. It looks cleaner and works better than any other application available. There is no competition. Their support is some of the best support I've dealt with. Quick and helpful responses every time.

Tried a number of add ons but Customer Actions was the easiest to use and of the box had more enabled features for the change management process / customer channels we are implementing. Support is really responsive and we were able to quite quickly enable further features to get us up and running.
