We have been very impressed with the Axxcia team. We really like this app and we implemented it for a client that needed to provide a warning to a subset of Agents when they were adding comments or attachments. We wanted to have the ability to bold/colour the text in the message and also to bring content from a field into the dialog. The app works really well for this 1,000 agent implementation. During acceptance testing of the solution, we noticed an issue with the App, a fix was available within a few business days - thanks team!
