Competence-Driven Work Assignments and Skills Management

I find that this app is pretty well-suited to the way we typically handle incoming issues. We usually triage them and then handle them based on priority. This app gives us a lot of options for spreading the workload among our team members while considering their abilities. It has a decent range of basic features that we find useful. With this system busy users no longer stockpile pre-assigned issues any more as the next free person picks up the work. It would be great to have to have more functionality to analyze skills and skill demand though in future releases.
