This is not areal "Autocomplete" but rather a "populate using some words based on my question" e.g.: - Type in the AI box "Server Implementation" - Description is populated with a pre-definite lines Good with limitation

      Thanks for your review Mario!

Just a note; recommendation is not predefined, it's generated dynamically based on your title. For the same title, you'll most likely get the same answers because the model is not (but could possibly be!) aware of your context.

Please let us know what would make it into 5 stars and drop your email here: https://forms.gle/zHXvwMHtdFhkQoV19 so that we can iterate and solve your problems.

Hey Naina, could you please give us more details? I'm more than happy to help solve you problems on the dedicated support call.

I have just one question: did you enable the extension in that project? I deliberately block it by default to prevent unwanted data leaks - we're very privacy concerned. You have to go to Project Settings, JAI, and then enable autocomplete on selected issue types.

For us, this didn't work. Albeit our Summary field is named as Title. I got a hunch it might prevent some javascript from triggering if the summary field is labeled differently

Hey, very sorry to hear that! I have two ideas that could help you.

First, did you enable the extension in that project? I deliberately block it to prevent unwanted data leaks - we're very privacy concerned. You have to go to Project Settings, JAI, and then enable autocomplete on selected issue types.

Second idea: is this a native field with a different name? We use technology from Atlassian that makes it work only on the native fields. If it's a custom field, the extension won't work.

Let me know if these steps help please, other than that I would be very happy to have a 15-30 mins call with you to debug problem.

      Thanks!
