Elements Overview is a fantastic app that provides extremely valuable functionality that is not natively available in Jira. Having custom lists/displays (Overviews) on Jira issues that pull in linked issues and/or issues via a custom JQL is incredibly useful for my organization. The ability to perform in-line editing (including bulk edits) of the issues displayed in the Overview is a game changer. Custom column naming and the ability to perform calculations on number fields (such as summing up story points) are a few of my other favorite features. In addition, the customer service provided by Elements is great. They are very responsive and have even implemented a few enhancements at my request.
