Details

This release adds full support for Atlassian’s Customer Service Management (CSM), so your teams can build richer, customer‑centric views in Elements Overview and get the right context on every request.

What’s new:

  • CSM‑aware Dynamic JQL
    Use the CSM Organization of the current request in Dynamic JQL to fetch exactly the issues related to that customer. When CSM isn’t installed, CSM‑specific options stay hidden to keep your configuration clean.
  • CSM Organization field in Overview panels
    Show the Organization (Customer Service Management) field directly in your Overview panels and update it from Overview (subject to CSM permissions), giving agents instant visibility and control over the customer organization.
  • CSM Entitlement at a glance
    Display the related Entitlement (Customer Service Management) so agents can immediately see which product or entitlement a request is about, improving triage and prioritization.
