We have recently started using Team Planner to organize our work across 6 different maintenance projects. I was shocked by how much it has helped. Previously, we were using a combined board in JIRA with set priorities. However, I observed a gap due to frequent priority changes and different pools of hours across various implementations. We have introduced an internal planning process, which involves ticket planning via Team Planner. It helps me, as a Project Manager, to keep my finger on the pulse and ensure that the most critical tickets from different implementations are resolved, and also helps my team better organize their work. I can fully recommend this app.

  That is wonderfull! It was one of our objectives to help out with plannig of sprint which tasks are divided across multiple projects. In Team Planner you can add tasks from multiple projects. Moreover, multiple users can work on a plan simultaneously, which we highly recommend, it helps to make sync ups more engaging for the whole team.
