Documentation is not accessible. Opening a support ticket, the support team just closed my ticket without any answer or solution proposal. Not trustable for a productive environment. Update: Aug/2025 App is no longer compatible with latest versions of Jira Cloud, given the following error message: "Your app Mendel Fields Cloud is no longer working as it uses a deprecated platform feature. Please check if an update for this app is available through Atlassian Administration, or ask the app developer to upgrade the app. If the app is listed on the marketplace, contact the developer using the Support tab" Up today, app do not have any update and the current version is 4.4.0
