You can now customize every notification message sent during a ticket's lifecycle:
- Personalize messages for ticket creation, updates, assignments, and closure
- Configure different notifications for ticket threads vs. direct messages
- Use template variables to dynamically insert ticket information like {{ticket.id}}
- Enable/disable specific notification types based on your team's needs
Previously, only 4 types of notifications were supported. Now 11 types of notifications are available. Newly added notifications:
- Direct messages to ticket reporters (ticket created, ticket closed)
- Direct messages to support team members (ticket created, ticket assigned)
- New thread notifications (ticket assigned, ticket closed, ticket reopened)
