This is truly one of the best products I have ever used. Documentation is clear, UI is clean and well designed, no bugs to speak of, and integration between Jira and Discord is phenomenal with no hiccups. If my company stopped paying for this I would simply start paying out of pocket. It has allowed me to focus on customer service and ticket management rather than tedious, inefficient copy and pasting -- I am not a STEM professional by any means, so I am happy to let this product take the wheel and get back to doing what I'm actually good at!

Excellent bot. Easy to implement, documentation is clear, and functions as expected without issue for the past couple months. Great for automating Discord features, and has a developer who responds promptly and implements useful features.

Not only has this bot been a great way to loop in our Discord players who want to report bugs, but the Discord Server that the creator runs along with the bot is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can ask questions directly to get help, and even suggest features that can end up getting implemented (like mine!) Glad I found this bot, and will continue using it to help connect the dots between player support and our studio's game!
