ZigiOps synchronizes all log files, comments, notes, traces, or other attachments. All is updated in both directions – Freshdesk ticket changes are updated by ZigiOps in the Jira issue, & vice versa. When the Jira issue is resolved, ZigiOps automatically closes the Freshdesk ticket.
