This App requires jira admin rights for the user and asks for way too much permissions. Absolutely not compatible with our permission scheme.

Very useful app, works as advertised and we use it every day. I don't know any other app where it is possible to apply templates directly in the standard create issue screen. Also, the support team got back to us after the implementation of a feature we have requested a few weeks before. Absolutely recommended!

What a great tool and service from Issue Templates Agents. Had a issue, I reached out for support and after a few emails. I was scheduled for a 1:1 meeting to identify the issue. Kate Pawlak after a few questions was immediately able to find the source of my issue and clarified everything as well as how to solve. 10/10 , would recommend this 100%
