I love this app for multiple reasons. I use it for my QA Team (Bug workflows). It ensures I am getting the data arranged exactly how the team wants to see it, along with pre-filled custom fields and such. I also use it for Approvals with Legal, which simplifies the flow for everyone else that creates a task. On top of the great app, the support is amazing as well! There was an issue yesterday with Atlassian updating the Jira Cloud version and the App wasn't working, but within 3 hours of reaching out to the support team, it was resolved! Great work!
