More details

This app allows for an added level of security or permissions to view content within a ticket. For example, if a manager puts in a request for a pay grade increase for an employee, and the ticket has to go through finance, HR and Security agents that have to do various things to complete the request, you can set it so only the finance team can see the requested pay $$, and security can still do their part of the work, but will not be able to see the requested $$. This sort of security can be applied to attachments to the ticket, and specific fields/entries of data.
