Great app! Issue Templates Pro has been a solid addition to our Jira workflow. Setup was smooth and we haven't encountered any problems. Special mention for the support team, who are consistently responsive and helpful.

Simplifies worklife and excellent help from Narva when needed.

Great simple app that helped us a lot in the last year to create standards. Useful when you need the same structure in your tasks or stories for different projects. The only downside is the small latency for the template to load and we can't force the template to apply for when we create a subtask. However, it's really nice that the app give the possibility to apply a template after the creation.
