Funnels

Visualise sales, marketing or development funnels and journey of issues through the workflow.

Example use cases:

• show percentage of issues dropping out at every stage of the sales or development workflow
• compare conversion rates between different lead sources
• find out how many steps are required to reach certain Status (e.g. close the sale or release the feature)
• find bottlenecks in the process

• visualise funnels based on order of Statuses in your workflow
• visualise transitions of issues across Statuses as Tree / Journey diagram
• use count of issues or weight values to show relative size of nodes in diagrams (numerical fields can be used to provide weights)
