eSign Document QMS and Training

We were in need to move to a completely new Confluence cloud instance and found that the eSign Document QMS and Training was no longer working. Root case was that confluence changes document IDs on import which broke the eSign metadata. So we opened a support case, which was handled very professionally and quick. Even better the Development Team was able to provide a updated version of eSign which allows to recover the metadata. This apporach worked flawlessly for us. So many thanks to the eSign Development Team and Chris from support, who responded quickly and understood what was at stake for us.

I am having an amazing experience with eSign Document Management, and I want to give a special shoutout to Chris, who has been absolutely fantastic. From day one, Chris was responsive, extremely helpful, and provided an excellent interactive demo that made everything clear and easy to follow. Thanks to his guidance, I was up and running in just 3 days! His expertise and support made the onboarding process seamless. If you're looking for an efficient, user-friendly, and well-supported document management solution, eSign is the way to go! Highly recommended!

I love this App and have been recommending it recently to many teams who are looking to do their controlled documents on Confluence. I like these aspects of the App: 1. Its easy to configure and does not require an expert to setup. 2. Its robust and does exactly what it says on the tin. 3. There is active development and its continuously being enhanced. 4. If you use eSign for Jira (by the same vendor) you and your users will like the fact that the eSignature flow is similar. 5. The App has all its data stored inside Confluence so its friendly to 'backup & restore' requirements. 6. Support is first class I highly recommend

We'd been trialling another combination of apps for our quality management system but upon finding eSign we decided to switch and try it because it offers all the building blocks we need for our quality management system in a more integrated solution, and for a very reasonable price. I noticed one minor visual issue during our trial and it was fixed within a couple of days of me reporting it. Recommended

We have started implementing this app for our Doc Control process and have been very impressed with its functionality and how it integrates into Confluence. Also, the Digital Rose team has been great in terms of customer support. They are very quick to respond to any questions, and actively seek user feedback to make further improvements to the app.
